Content Writer & Conversion Specialist

Holmes Chapel - Hybrid
£30,000 - £35,000 DOE

Focus 5 Recruitment are partnering with a growing and ambitious business to recruit a Content Writer & Conversion Specialist with expertise in SEO.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented content writing professional who wants more ownership, more influence and the chance to see the direct impact of their work on business growth.

We're looking for someone who combines creativity with commercial thinking. Someone who understands that great content isn't just about writing engaging copy—it's about influencing behaviour, supporting customer journeys and driving measurable results.

This role goes beyond traditional content creation. You'll play a key role in shaping messaging, optimising customer journeys and developing content that supports lead generation, customer conversion and engagement across multiple channels.

If you're looking for a role where your ideas will be heard, your decisions will matter and you'll have the opportunity to influence how campaigns evolve, this could be the perfect next step.

The Role

As Content & Conversion Specialist, you'll take ownership of content across websites, landing pages, email campaigns, nurture journeys and wider marketing campaigns.

Working closely with the wider marketing team, you'll continually review performance, refine messaging and use insight and data to improve engagement and conversion.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
