Connective3 is a performance marketing agency with specialisms in SEO, Data Science, Content Marketing, and Paid Media. We connect digital skill sets and expertise to deliver unprecedented results for our clients across all digital channels. As part of an exciting growth period for the team, we are looking for a Content Strategist to join our Content team based in Leeds or Manchester.

We are on the lookout for someone who is passionate about content and wants to grow as the agency grows. By joining our Content team, you will have the opportunity to be mentored by some of the best in the industry. You will also have access to a personalised training plan to help you succeed in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead clients’ on-page content strategies, ensuring they fit in with SEO KPIs, working on 5-6 smaller accounts
  • Conduct on-page content audits, providing and implementing recommendations
  • Present strategies and audits to clients and key stakeholders
  • Actively identify opportunities and gaps within clients’ current on-site content
  • Analyse results of work completed, looking at metrics including keyword positions, and organic traffic
  • Help out with new business pitches
  • Be responsible for 3-4 x PR clients, creating content and attending ideation sessions
  • Regularly contribute to the c3 blog and vlog

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of content and SEO experience, preferably in an agency
  • An in-depth understanding of the connection with SEO, PR, and content, and the ability to explain this to clients in a way that’s easy to understand
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog
  • Ability to adapt your writing style for a range of tones of voices, and target audiences
  • Creative thinker, with a high attention to detail
  • Excellent grammar and spelling
  • Happy to work both within a team and independently
  • Ability to work across multiple projects at one time
