🚀 We're Hiring: Content Strategist

Are you passionate about building content strategies that drive exceptional digital experiences? We are seeking an experienced Content Strategist to lead content planning, governance, organization, and prioritization for a large-scale B2B digital portal initiative.

In this role, you will collaborate with marketing, brand, sales, product, and technology teams to ensure content is strategically aligned, organized, and ready to support business goals and customer needs.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business objectives, user experience goals, brand standards, and promotional initiatives.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify required content assets, product information, campaign materials, merchandising content, and supporting resources.
  • Conduct content audits, inventories, and gap analyses to assess existing content and identify missing assets.
  • Define content taxonomy, metadata frameworks, naming conventions, and organizational structures to improve content discoverability and reuse.
  • Create content requirements, briefs, and prioritization guidance for content creators and contributors.
  • Establish content governance processes covering quality standards, brand consistency, approval workflows, version control, and publishing readiness.
  • Build and maintain content roadmaps, tracking dependencies, owners, timelines, and delivery status.
  • Identify and mitigate content-related risks, duplication, outdated information, and launch readiness concerns.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support customer journeys, product discovery, promotions, merchandising, and conversion objectives.
  • Recommend long-term content maintenance strategies, ownership models, refresh cycles, and performance measurement approaches.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
