CONTENT STRATEGIST | INTERNAL COMMS + CREATIVE
London / Leeds | Hybrid | £55–60k - Central LONDON
- AMAZING BENEFITS AND COMPANY CULTURE - "Greatest Place to Work".
This is NOT a social media external marketing facing role. Not a content calendar role. And definitely not just about writing. We are looking for talent who have experience in either INTERNAL communications, people, change, and or the transformation space, ideally from an agency background, or consultancy.
We’re looking for a strategic, creatively minded Content Strategist who can turn complex business change into compelling stories, messages and experiences.
You’ll work at the intersection of strategy, creativity and client consultancy — shaping narratives, campaigns, messaging and live experiences that help people understand, believe in and act on change.
Think:
- Internal communications & business transformation
- Messaging, narratives & tone of voice
- CEO / C-suite communications
- Campaign concepts, straplines & creative copy
- Film scripts, presentations & speaker notes
- Live experiences, events & stagecraft
- Working alongside creative teams and strategic consultants
- Significant client contact, often at senior level

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
