Role Description
The Content Strategist will be responsible for planning, developing, and managing content strategies that support DigitalGB’s clients across social media, paid advertising, and personal branding. This full-time, on-site role in London involves conducting audience and market research, defining content objectives, creating content calendars, and collaborating with creative, marketing, and performance teams to ensure alignment. The Content Strategist will work directly with clients to understand their goals, translate them into clear content frameworks, and maintain consistency in messaging and brand voice across all digital touchpoints.

- Strong skills in content strategy, planning, and content governance, with experience developing multi-channel content frameworks.
- Proficiency in audience and competitive research, data analysis, and using insights to inform content decisions and performance optimisation.
- Experience collaborating with copywriters, designers, and marketing teams to guide creative production and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, including funnels, social media strategies, and paid campaign integration with content plans.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present strategies and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and project management abilities, including managing timelines, priorities, and multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Prior experience in a digital agency, marketing, or brand environment and a proven track record of delivering measurable content results.
