Content Strategist – Product Support | London
Location: London – hybrid, approximately 3 days per week with flexibility
Contract: 6 months, with potential to extend
Salary: £106,000 per annum
Start: ASAP
We’re hiring two experienced Content Strategists to join a leading global technology company, supporting user-facing content across major consumer products.
This is a highly cross-functional content and product support role. You’ll work closely with product teams and other partners to understand new features and launches, troubleshoot issues, and ensure users have clear, accurate and timely support content. No coding or deep technical expertise is required, but you should be technically curious and comfortable learning how digital products and features work.

What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years’ experience in content strategy, content management, editorial, knowledge management or product/customer support
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and confidence navigating ambiguity and changing priorities
- Experience creating or managing user-facing support, Help Centre or product content
- Strong editorial judgement and ability to translate product information into clear consumer guidance
- Comfortable using AI and digital tools as part of a content workflow
- A proactive, curious approach with the confidence to ask questions, negotiate priorities and constructively push back when needed
- Technology or consumer product experience is highly desirable
- Experience in a global technology firm is highly desirable
