Content Strategist / Support Specialist
We’re looking for a Content Strategist / Support Specialist to join a global technology team focused on making consumer products easier to understand, use and troubleshoot.
This is a highly collaborative role combining content, problem-solving and cross-functional stakeholder management. You’ll help create and maintain user support content for a range of consumer products, working closely with product and specialist teams to make sure users have the right information at the right time.
You don’t need to be a technical expert or have previous experience with these specific products. We’re looking for someone who is curious, proactive and comfortable figuring things out, working with different teams and adapting when priorities or requirements change.
What You’ll Do
- Create, update and maintain user-facing support content for consumer products, making information clear, useful and easy to understand.
- Use AI tools to draft and develop content, applying your own editorial judgement to review, refine and improve the final output.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand product updates, new features and changes, and translate these into effective user support content.
- Manage content workflows from creation through to publication, ensuring content is accurate, timely and ready for launch.
- Troubleshoot issues when workflows or processes don’t go to plan, using good judgement and problem-solving skills to identify practical solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across different teams, managing feedback, negotiation and last-minute changes effectively.
- Keep up to date with product developments and understand how changes may affect existing support content.
- Identify content gaps, recurring issues and opportunities to improve the user support experience.
- Monitor relevant metrics and user impact, using insights to help improve content and processes.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, meeting-heavy environment while keeping stakeholders aligned.
- Work with content and technical tool teams where needed to understand systems, resolve issues and configure workflows.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment and build strong working relationships across the organisation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
