Company Description
Irregular Production is a creative production house built on a simple belief: Stories shape the world. We don't chase trends or content for content's sake; every project we take on, from campaign films to brand storytelling, is built with intent, craft, and a distinct point of view. We work across Events, Endorsements, and Entertainment, but the thread that runs through everything is the same: it has to feel unmistakably Irregular, in style and in substance.
Role Description
We're hiring a Content Strategist, a contract role, remote, starting with a 1-month trial period.
This person will shape what Irregular says and how we say it, across social, email, decks, and every other touchpoint our audience sees. You'll define the tone, structure, and narrative logic behind our content, working closely with the design lead to make sure what we say and how it looks are always pulling in the same direction.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Beyond our own content, you'll also work directly on client projects: brainstorming ideas, shaping narrative direction, and building content strategy for the brands and campaigns we take on. This isn't just an internal writing role; you'll be in the room (virtually) helping us think through what a client's story should be and how to tell it.
Qualifications
- Strong writing and editing skills, with a portfolio of published or produced content (personal, academic, or freelance).
- Ability to translate a brand's voice into consistent copy across formats: social captions, email, decks, long-form.
- Experience building or managing content calendars.
- Comfortable interpreting briefs and turning loose ideas into clear narratives, for both Irregular and client work.
- Strong ideation skills, able to brainstorm and pitch content/strategy directions, not just execute a brief.
- Understanding of platform-specific content behaviour (Instagram, LinkedIn, email, etc.)
- Collaborative, able to work closely with designers, producers, and clients to align message and vision.
- Reliable, organised, and deadline-driven.
