Two Circles

We are Two Circles. We are a Sports & Entertainment Marketing business. We grow audiences and revenues. We do that by knowing fans best. We work with clients to help them understand & influence what their fans are doing – the way fans spend their money, the events that fans attend, the channels fans respond to, the content fans watch and more. And we use the understanding this gives us to help our clients grow. Grow their audiences and grow their revenues - both direct to consumer and business to business revenues. Our platforms and services are trusted by over 1000 clients globally, including the English Premier League, Red Bull, UEFA, VISA, the NFL, Nike and Amazon. We are over 1000 people, based out of 15 offices, and we deliver work for sports and entertainment businesses of all shapes and sizes all over the world.

Our content team connects brands with audiences through compelling storytelling, predominantly through social media and advises our clients on areas of content optimisation. We look after an amassed community of over 600 million followers across some of the biggest accounts in sports. Our award-winning in-house team spans Strategy, Insights, Studio and Production.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a smart, dynamic and ambitious person interested in working for sport’s most exciting agency at our London office.

About the role

The role is within our Content Strategy team, a cross-business function of strategists and creatives. You’ll take a crucial role, supporting the delivery of best-in-class strategy and creative across our existing and potential clients.

You’ll be working with some of the most recognisable sports organisations in the world, helping them connect with their existing audience base, and meet and grow new fans.

We’re looking for someone who recognises the important role content and social platforms play in achieving business objectives. From brand building and driving engagement, to helping deliver standout creative, you understand what helps social communities grow and why that matters to our clients.

You’ll enjoy collaborating with a range of stakeholders, both internal and external, and feel confident contributing to conversations about how content performs and where it can improve. You’re curious about how the sports and content landscape is evolving and motivated to explore how we can help our clients stay ahead of it.

The ideal background and skills we are looking for include:

  • 3-4 years experience developing and delivering content strategies for rightsholder or brands
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams to develop and deliver content that aligns with wider strategies
  • Ability to engage and build strong relationships with clients at a range of seniorities
  • Experience in platform execution across owned and operated channels
  • Skilled at distilling data, research and cultural insight into clear and compelling narratives, that inform creative and strategic decisions
  • Confident sharing ideas to both clients and internal teams
  • A proactive, adaptable attitude, comfortable working in a fast-moving work environment where priorities can shift
  • Broad awareness on consumer behaviour and trends and how to tell narratives with them
  • A hard-working and helpful attitude, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Comfortable exploring and applying AI tools to enhance insights, creative and strategic delivery
  • A genuine passion for sport

Responsibilities

  • Helping to create bespoke and best-in-class content strategies that support our clients’ business objectives
  • Working closely with our client teams to execute those strategies
  • Contribute content expertise across Two Circles wider capabilities (Marketing & Consultancy, Rights Management and Tech)
  • Identifying trending content, innovative creative approaches and emerging platform developments to inform best practice and strategy and develop our collective knowledge and capability base
  • Contribute to our responses to new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with the Content Insights team to analyse, interpret and apply research and insights to ensure that we, and our clients, remain at the forefront of content innovation and strategy
