Overview
We are hiring a Social & Influencer Strategy Director.
This is an opportunity to shape how some of the world's most recognisable brands connect with culture, communities and consumers. At Influential UK, part of Publicis Groupe, you'll lead integrated social and influencer strategies that combine data, creativity and cultural insight to drive measurable business impact. Working primarily across Nestlé brands, you'll partner with talented specialists across strategy, creative, activation and media to deliver work that sparks conversations and influences real-world outcomes. What you'll be doing
- Lead the strategic direction for integrated social and influencer programmes across key client accounts, ensuring work delivers against both brand and business objectives.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, providing strategic counsel and helping clients make confident, insight-led decisions.
- Develop culturally relevant strategies informed by audience behaviour, creator trends, social listening and performance data.
- Partner with creative, activation, social and media teams to create connected campaigns designed for both engagement and effectiveness.
- Define measurement frameworks and evaluate performance against commercial and strategic objectives, identifying opportunities for optimisation and growth.
- Support new business opportunities and organic account growth by developing compelling strategic responses and recommendations.
- Mentor and develop a growing team of strategists, fostering collaboration, high-quality thinking and continuous learning.

Skills we're looking for
- Proven experience leading social and influencer strategy for complex, multi-channel campaigns and high-profile brands.
- Strong ability to translate data, insights and cultural trends into clear strategic recommendations and compelling narratives.
- Experience building and managing senior client relationships with confidence, credibility and a collaborative approach.
- Commercial awareness, with experience overseeing programme delivery, budgets, scopes and resourcing.
- Deep understanding of social platforms, creator ecosystems and the role of paid, owned and earned media within integrated campaigns.
- A people-focused leadership style, with experience coaching, mentoring and developing others to achieve their potential.
- Curiosity, creativity and strategic thinking, combined with a passion for culture, innovation and measurable impact.
