Content & Strategy Lead - Video First Property Platform πŸŽ¬πŸ“±

Pulse is partnering with a fast growing, VC backed proptech platform about to launch in London, replacing static listings with a personalised feed of video walkthroughs. As the business builds towards launch, it's investing in a brand new content function to turn an already growing audience into a waitlist that's ready for day one.

This is a newly created role, sitting at the heart of a video first platform where content is the product, not an afterthought, and you'll be the person who builds the content and social strategy the brand doesn't yet have.

This is a hands on, high visibility role for someone who isn't fazed by an early stage build or a blank page, and who wants to build a content function from the ground up rather than inherit one.

What you'll be doing:

  • Setting content and social strategy across Instagram, TikTok and beyond, working from the brand and direction set with the founders
  • Briefing and directing a content creator on what gets filmed, edited and posted, without doing the filming or editing yourself
  • Rebuilding the TikTok strategy from scratch, replacing an approach that hasn't worked with one that does
  • Growing Instagram past its current 7,000 followers against a real six month target, with consistent original content across every channel
  • Tracking content performance and connecting it directly to waitlist signups, early downloads and app downloads, not engagement alone
  • Keeping content focused on the consumer audience, since B2C content already reaches the agents and brokers on the supply side
  • Using AI tools to speed up or cut the cost of production while keeping every piece of content feeling authentic and real

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
