We are a rapidly growing team based at the iconic Television Centre in West London, part of Publicis Groupe, but with the agility of a boutique agency.
Overview
We are hiring a Social and Influencer Strategy Manager to help global brands create work that earns attention and shapes cultural conversations. At Influential, culture and creativity come together to produce social and creator-led content that people genuinely choose to watch, read and share. You’ll turn client challenges into integrated, insight-led strategies, working primarily across Nestlé brands while contributing to a wider portfolio of global clients. Based at Television Centre in West London, you’ll combine the opportunities of a global network with the collaborative feel of a specialist agency.
Responsibilities
What you'll be doing:
- Develop social and influencer strategies that turn client briefs into clear, compelling recommendations.
- Lead day-to-day client relationships, building trust and providing thoughtful strategic guidance.
- Bring together audience data, cultural insight and platform trends to identify meaningful opportunities for brands.
- Collaborate with creative, influencer activation, social and media teams to develop integrated ideas built for impact.
- Lead ideation sessions and help shape relevant, original content ideas across the digital landscape.
- Manage projects from brief through to delivery, establishing clear responsibilities, milestones, KPIs and reporting requirements.
- Support colleagues and agency growth by sharing knowledge, mentoring junior team members and contributing to pitches, proposals and strategic responses.

Qualifications
Skills we're looking for:
- The ability to develop clear social and influencer strategies that support measurable client outcomes.
- Strong strategic thinking and storytelling skills, with an active interest in social media, creators and culture.
- Experience managing client relationships and coordinating integrated projects from brief to delivery.
- Confidence interpreting data, identifying patterns and turning insight into practical recommendations.
- A good understanding of how social, influencer and media channels work together.
- Knowledge of relevant platforms, measurement approaches and effective social and influencer practices.
- A collaborative and supportive approach, with clear communication, sound judgement and a willingness to share knowledge.
