Based in the sports industry, with a focus on nutrition and lifestyle, this is a leading brand now looking to grow its team to go well and truly global, so they’re on the hunt for an exceptional Content Studio Lead to help them achieve their mission.
The Role
You'll define and lead the global content strategy, turning genuine access to elite athletes, teams, coaches, scientists and major sporting events into content people would choose to watch even if it weren't paid for.
You'll build the internal content studio: the mix of producers, editors, videographers, photographers, writers and production partners, plus the briefs, workflows and commissioning standards that hold it together. You'll take work from concept through production to delivery across film, athlete storytelling, documentary, science education, podcasts and YouTube programming, and establish repeatable content properties, not one-off campaigns.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
