CONTENT SUPPLY-CHAIN LEAD

We Realise Potential in Your Story

Based in the heart of Shoreditch, we are a multi-platform production company, social media agency, and digital media network who are currently on a quest to find a Content Supply-Chain Lead to join our Strategic Operations team - Is this your next opportunity?

The Content Supply-Chain Lead is a key member of the Strategic Operations team. You will lead the day-to-day operations of Little Dot’s ingest pipeline, video processing and wider content operations teams, ensuring the integrity and efficiency of our video supply-chain. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing external vendors and confidently owning our delivery workflows, such as by customising metadata schemas and automating asset workflows. We're looking for someone keen to develop their skills in both triaging workflow automation processes as well as researching new and creative softwares to improve our content delivery.

PERKS OF THE JOB

We are proud to be an award winning, B Corp™ Certified workplace with employee wellbeing at the heart of everything we do. We offer hybrid and flexi-time working, mental health and wellbeing programmes, enhanced family leave, interest free financial support and a digital nomad policy that allows you to work from abroad in two one week blocks a year. Plus all the usuals such as pension contributions, annual leave and office perks like free lunches, socials, and health treatments!

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME

  • Providing operational leadership across content ingest, video processing and content operations functions, to ensure that day-day-operations workstreams are delivered to Little Dot Studios standards.
  • Managing end-to-end QC workflows for complex media projects, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and maintaining high standards for delivery.
  • Identifying subtle technical or creative inconsistencies and implementing corrective measures to resolve issues efficiently - additionally, signing off on nuanced issues found in QC which require escalation.
  • Utilising Asana to track operational data; build and improve workflows; and identifying fail rates, error trends, or any other operational blockers.
  • Overseeing and optimising resource allocation across the department, as well as proactively managing workflows to prevent resource-related disruptions.
  • Independently managing resource planning: this includes ensuring optimal allocation of personnel, equipment, and time for projects; regularly reviewing resource usage; and adjusting plans to mitigate potential bottlenecks.
  • Triaging workflow automation processes: diagnosing and resolving encode failures, distinguishing between errors needing escalation to the Workflow Automation Manager, and adjusting files for automation.
  • Researching and identifying new software or workflow tweaks which may be beneficial in the pursuit of content creation and delivery.
  • Defining and maintaining operational standards across all content operations functions, driving continuous improvement and ensuring best practices are consistently applied.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
