Role: Content Supply Coordinator

Location: London

Department: Global Compliance & Reversioning

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Content Supply Coordinator to manage the operational journey of local commissions, non-live sports, and foreign-language titles across our global linear and streaming networks. Reporting to the Sr. Editorial Manager, this role is central to tracking content reversioning, managing broadcast deliverables, issuing work orders, and coordinating voiceover talent to ensure a seamless path to transmission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Tracking & Delivery Management: Own and maintain master project trackers throughout the reversioning lifecycle, coordinating directly with Strategy, Rights, and Post-Production teams.
  • Broadcast Operations: Utilize broadcast management tools (IBMS, ScheduALL) to generate Program IDs, raise Work Orders, enter compliance ratings, and manage digital and paper deliverables.
  • Voiceover & Talent Booking: Liaise directly with talent agents to book voice artists, confirm studio schedules, wrangle scripts, and update booking trackers.
  • Compliance & Editorial Support: Assist with metadata entry, Ofcom and territory compliance tracking, fact-checking for rescripts, and assembling basic team clip reels using Adobe.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
