Content Supply Coordinator

Temporary contract through 30 August 2027
Rate: up to £139.95 per day PAYE or £189.95 per day via umbrella
About the role
We’re looking for an organised Content Supply Coordinator to support a team managing content production, reversioning and compliance. You’ll coordinate local content-sharing and international output projects, helping titles move through production, compliance and delivery.
You’ll work with colleagues across rights, strategy, programming and post-production, keeping project information accurate and deliverables on track. The role also supports voice-over bookings, certification and content tracking across streaming, linear and external partners.
The role is based in Chiswick, with attendance required for edit sessions.
What you’ll do
- Coordinate foreign-language commissions and non-live sports titles for linear and streaming services.
- Maintain project trackers, follow up on milestones and deliverables, and flag delays or issues.
- Use scheduling and inventory systems to create programme IDs and work orders, enter certification details and coordinate deliverables.
- Support research and fact-checking for content customisation projects, including rescripts and re-voicing.
- Arrange voice-over bookings, liaising with agents, talent and post-production teams, and coordinating scripts and confirmations.
- Support day-to-day administration and certification tracking for streaming services, international partners and linear networks.
- Prepare PowerPoint materials and create clip reels using Adobe tools for team meetings.
- Provide support on urgent and short-turnaround projects.

The team supports approximately 70 hours of content-sharing titles and 40 hours of assessments each month. Tracking also covers around 200 titles for an international partner and 400 linear network titles per month.
What you’ll bring
- At least three years’ experience as a production assistant or coordinator in a busy broadcast or post-production environment.
- Good knowledge of production and post-production workflows, industry terminology and broadcast deliverables.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Clear written and verbal communication, initiative and a collaborative approach.
- Confidence using Microsoft tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and OneDrive.
- An interest in popular factual, lifestyle and sports content, and a willingness to learn about compliance requirements, including Ofcom rules.
- Experience with scheduling systems such as IBMS or SchedulALL is useful. Training on relevant regional certification requirements will be provided.
- A global outlook. A degree is welcomed.
