Content Supply Coordinator
Christy Media Solutions is recruiting for a Content Supply Coordinator to support our client's Global Compliance & Reversioning function.
This is a varied coordination role focused on supporting content through reversioning and regional delivery workflows. Working with internal stakeholders, voice-over agencies, and post-production teams, you'll help keep multiple projects, schedules, and deliverables moving efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Tracking content throughout the reversioning cycle and maintaining accurate trackers
- Coordinating schedules, timelines, and deliverables across multiple projects
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and post-production teams
- Supporting voice-over bookings, including liaising with agents and coordinating booking confirmations
- Supporting editing, subtitling, re-narration, and other content adaptation workflows
- Generating work orders and supporting operational administration
- Supporting compliance and certification activity
- Tracking conversations, archiving, and monitoring relevant technology developments
- Providing additional support on fast-turnaround and last-minute projects

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years' experience within broadcast/media
- Good understanding of production and post-production workflows, terminology, and deliverables
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deadlines
- Experience working with voice-over agencies, post-production facilities, or scheduling teams would be beneficial
- Compliance knowledge would be useful

The role is based in West London with three days per week onsite and two from home. Office days are not fixed and can be adjusted. Core working hours are approximately 09:00–17:30 / 09:30–18:00, with some flexibility where international calls require it. Please note the rate listed is a day rate and will operate via an umbrella company.
The successful candidate will need to start ASAP and the contract will be through until August 2026, and candidates requiring a notice period will not be considered at this time.
