Content Support Executive

Great tech products need great content behind them.

CODIFI is the technology division of ROI Automotive, a business supporting around 70% of the UK’s automotive brands. We build technology that helps automotive businesses connect, communicate and work more effectively. We’re looking for a Content Support Executive to help make sure the content within our Gateway platforms is accurate, engaging, useful and built around what users actually need.

But this is much more than uploading content.

Sitting at the intersection of content, digital, customer success and user experience, you’ll help manage content from initial idea through to publication, performance and continuous improvement. You’ll use insight, engagement data and your own curiosity to spot opportunities, challenge what could be better and help make our digital products more valuable for the people using them.

What you’ll be doing

Working across Fleet Gateway, Leasing Portal, Retailer Gateway and Affinity Gateway, you’ll collaborate with our Customer Success Account Managers, clients and wider CODIFI team to understand what users need and turn that into effective digital content.

You’ll:

  • Help manage content across our Gateway platforms, making sure it stays accurate, relevant, well structured and up to date throughout its lifecycle.
  • Plan ahead, helping to build forward content plans around client priorities, campaigns, launches and other key activity.
  • Spot the gaps. You’ll proactively identify opportunities for new or improved content by understanding user needs, researching client activity and keeping an eye on relevant external sources.
  • Create and adapt communications, content and imagery, including product information, news, bulletins, aftersales information and campaign content.
  • Work directly with clients, particularly Fleet Marketing and Sales teams, to understand their objectives and translate them into content that works for their users.
  • Use data and insight to understand what people are engaging with, identify trends and recommend changes to content, positioning and promotion.
  • Bring insight to client conversations, providing Customer Success Account Managers with content performance, recommendations and opportunities for client reviews and presentations.
  • Support launches and change, coordinating content for new clients, brands, functionality, campaigns and platform improvements.
  • Keep quality high, applying consistent standards around accuracy, formatting, naming, categorisation, tagging and content governance.
  • Make the way we work better, identifying opportunities to simplify and standardise processes and exploring how digital and AI tools can improve content creation, quality and efficiency.
  • Contribute to wider CODIFI marketing and communications activity where appropriate, including campaign execution and content development.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What we’re looking for

You’ll combine creativity with organisation. You’ll care about how something reads and looks, but you’ll be just as interested in whether it’s useful, whether people are engaging with it and how it could work better.

You’ll bring:

  • Strong written communication skills and the ability to create clear, engaging, audience-focused content.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a structured approach to managing information.
  • Great organisation, with the ability to manage different clients, platforms and priorities.
  • Confidence using digital platforms and the ability to get to grips with new tools and processes quickly.
  • A proactive mindset – you’ll look for opportunities and improvements rather than waiting for the next task to be assigned.
  • Confidence working with clients and internal stakeholders to source information, understand objectives and get things moving.
  • An interest in user behaviour and the ability to use engagement data to identify trends and make recommendations.
  • Good judgement and the ability to understand what different audiences will find relevant and valuable.
  • The confidence to constructively challenge existing content or ways of working when you can see a better approach.
  • The ability to work independently, take ownership and see things through from idea to completion.

Experience in content, marketing, digital communications or a similar environment would be useful. Automotive, fleet or leasing experience is a bonus, but it isn’t essential – we’re much more interested in your ability to understand an audience, develop effective content and make digital experiences better.

Why CODIFI?

CODIFI is the technology division of ROI Automotive. We create digital products that solve real problems for automotive businesses – and we’re always looking for smarter ways to do it.

That means challenging what already exists, using insight to make things better, embracing new technology and giving people the space to take ownership of their work.

If you’re naturally curious, organised, good with words and the sort of person who spots something that could be better and wants to fix it, we’d love to hear from you.
