Influencer Marketing Manager

Location: Office Based
Contract: Full-time | Monday–Friday
Experience: 1–3 years
Reports to: Marketing Director

About Us

We are a specialist social commerce agency that helps established consumer brands grow across leading social commerce platforms through affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, live shopping, paid advertising, and performance-driven campaigns.

As a fast-growing agency, we believe in giving talented people genuine ownership from day one. If you're ambitious, proactive, and looking to build something meaningful within a rapidly expanding business, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead and grow the creator partnership side of our business.

This is a newly created role with genuine responsibility from the outset. You'll build and manage a network of content creators across our client portfolio, helping them produce engaging content that delivers measurable commercial results.

You'll be responsible for recruiting creators, onboarding them, developing their content and selling capabilities, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring they remain engaged across multiple campaigns.

This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years' experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, or social media who is ready to take ownership of a key function within a growing agency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creator Recruitment & Growth
    • Build and grow our creator network through proactive outreach.
    • Identify high-potential creators who align with client brands.
    • Continuously expand the creator and affiliate network across multiple client accounts.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
