Clinigen

Clinigen is a rapidly growing global specialty pharmaceutical services business with a unique combination of services across the pharmaceutical lifecycle. We currently have over 1,000 employees headquartered in the UK with global offices in the US, EU (Belgium, Germany, France), Asia Pacific and South Africa. Clinigen is growing rapidly and is positioned well for an exciting future of continued expansion.

Please note this role is available on a hybrid basis from either our Weybridge or Burton upon Trent office locations.

This is an initial 6-12 month fixed-term contract, and we're looking for someone who is available to start in September 2026.

About the role

Are you a creative graduate or early-career professional with a passion for content, design and visual communications?

Do you enjoy taking information and turning it into something that is clear, engaging and visually compelling?

We’re looking for a Content & Visual Communications Executive to join Clinigen’s Digital/Marketing team on an initial 6-12 month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or someone in the early stages of their career to gain hands-on experience working across content, presentations, digital communications and design.

This is a newly created role, giving you the opportunity to make a real impact on how Clinigen communicates internally and externally. You’ll work with colleagues across Marketing, Communications and the wider business, helping to bring ideas and information to life through high-quality visual and written content.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
