Shape the content. Own the experience. Make learning matter.
We're looking for a Learning Content Creator who loves turning complex ideas into brilliant learning experiences.
Someone who can take a challenging brief, ask the right questions, find the story and create content that helps people genuinely understand, engage and take action.
At Quadmark, we create learning experiences that make a difference. We're looking for someone who brings together strong writing skills, instructional design thinking and creative problem-solving to make learning clear, engaging and effective.
This isn't just about writing great content (although that's important). It's about understanding how people learn, making thoughtful decisions about the learner experience and taking ownership of your work from concept through to delivery.
You'll work across different projects, audiences, clients and content formats, collaborating with a talented mix of content specialists, designers, project managers and subject matter experts.
If you love the craft of creating learning, enjoy solving problems and want the freedom to take ownership of your work, we'd love to meet you.
What you'll be doing
Creating learning that works
You'll develop engaging, learner-focused content across eLearning, facilitator guides, scripts, presentations, assessments, campaigns and other learning experiences.
You'll use instructional design principles, storytelling and creative thinking to turn complex information into something clear, relevant and easy to apply.
Shaping the learning experience
You'll think beyond the words on the page.
You'll make considered decisions about how learning is structured, sequenced and experienced, balancing learner needs, business objectives, creativity and practical delivery requirements.
Owning your work
You'll take responsibility for your content from initial discovery through to delivery.
You'll manage your priorities, maintain high standards and keep work moving, using your judgement to solve problems, make recommendations and flag risks early.
You'll have the independence to make decisions within your projects, with support and collaboration when you need it.
Collaborating to make things better
You'll work closely with Content Leads, Designers, Project Managers, subject matter experts and other stakeholders.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
You'll ask thoughtful questions, challenge unclear briefs constructively and help teams find the best approach to learning challenges.
Always looking for a better way
You'll bring curiosity about new ideas, learning trends, technologies and AI-enabled tools.
You'll experiment with approaches that improve learner engagement, content quality and the way we work together.
What you'll bring
We're looking for someone who combines creative talent with instructional thinking and a strong sense of ownership.
You'll be someone who:
- Knows how to create effective learning content. You understand instructional design principles and can apply them to create engaging, accessible and practical learning experiences.
- Is a confident, versatile writer. You can simplify complex information, adapt your tone for different audiences and bring clarity and creativity to your work.
- Thinks about the learner first. You understand that great learning is about more than delivering information — it's about helping people understand, remember and apply it.
- Takes ownership. You're comfortable managing your own work, making decisions, balancing priorities and delivering high-quality content without needing constant direction.
- Is a thoughtful problem-solver. You spot gaps, ask good questions and bring practical ideas to the table.
- Works brilliantly with others. You communicate clearly, welcome different perspectives and know how to build strong working relationships.
- Cares about the details. You take pride in accuracy, consistency, accessibility and the overall quality of the learner experience.
- Stays curious. You're interested in new technologies, creative approaches and continuously improving your craft.
You'll ideally have experience developing learning content across a range of formats and be comfortable working with different stakeholders, subject matter experts and project teams.
We're more interested in the quality of your thinking, your work and your ability to make learning effective than in a particular job title or career path.
What success looks like
You'll be making a real difference when:
- Learners get clear, engaging and effective learning experiences.
- Your content combines creativity with sound instructional design.
- You confidently own your work and deliver to a consistently high standard.
- Colleagues and stakeholders trust your judgement, communication and reliability.
- You spot challenges early and help find solutions.
- Your ideas contribute to better learning experiences and smarter ways of working.
