On-Site Content Writer

We’re looking for a talented On-Site Content Writer to join our Search team and help drive organic growth through engaging, high-performing content. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled writer who understands how to create content that not only resonates with audiences but also performs in search.

You'll play a key role in creating, optimising and maintaining content across our global websites and brand blog, balancing editorial storytelling with commercial content. Working closely with SEO specialists, creatives and data experts, you'll use insights, research and performance data to shape content that improves visibility, supports campaigns and delivers value to our community.

If you're passionate about writing, curious about search behaviour, and enjoy turning insights into impactful content, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Create engaging editorial content for our brand blog to grow organic visibility and attract new audiences.
  • Write and optimise high-converting website copy, including product pages, category pages and landing pages.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and content optimisation to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop SEO-focused content strategies that support key campaigns, seasonal launches and business objectives.
  • Maintain and refresh existing content to improve search performance and support visibility across search engines and AI-driven results.
  • Monitor keyword rankings and content performance across key regions.
  • Produce regular reporting on SEO and content performance against agreed KPIs.
  • Collaborate with creative, technical SEO, marketing and insights teams to deliver effective content experiences.
  • Interview internal experts, designers and athletes to gather unique insights and enhance content quality.
  • Contribute ideas that evolve and strengthen the content strategy.
  • Support testing initiatives, analyse results and make recommendations based on performance data.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand tone of voice, legal requirements and regional standards.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
