Organic Social & Content Specialist

Salary: £32,000 to £37,000

Working pattern: Hybrid, 2 days per week in the office

Location: Woking, Surrey

A B2B marketing agency in Woking is hiring an Organic Social & Content Specialist to own organic social across their client accounts and write the content that sits behind it.

This is a writing seat as much as a social one. You would run the channels end to end and also produce the website copy, SEO articles, and thought leadership that carry the same clients' names.

What you would be running:

  • Organic social for a portfolio of B2B clients, LinkedIn led, from content plan through to publishing
  • The copy itself: written for the platform, written for the audience, not recycled from the client's brochure
  • Scheduling, approvals, QA, and community management, so nothing goes out late or wrong
  • Briefs into the Creative team to get assets that stop the scroll rather than fill the slot
  • Monthly and quarterly performance reviews, with recommendations you present to the client yourself
  • Website copy, landing pages, SEO articles, thought leadership, and longer form pieces
  • Interviews with client subject matter experts, turning genuinely technical subject matter into something readable
  • AI across research, ideation, and repurposing, used where it improves the work and dropped where it flattens it

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What they need from you:

  • At least 2 years in an organic social and content role inside a B2B marketing agency
  • Experience running organic social for multiple clients at once, including planning, publishing, and reporting
  • A portfolio that covers both sides: social content and written content, including website and SEO copy
  • Strong copywriting and editing, and the ability to switch tone between clients without losing either voice
  • Real working knowledge of LinkedIn, publishing tools, and platform analytics
  • The ability to read performance data and come back with something practical, not a screenshot of the dashboard
  • Confidence talking to clients and briefing designers

Useful but not essential:

  • B2B technology brands
  • ABM or demand generation
  • Keyword research
  • Social listening
  • Employee advocacy
  • Executive profiles
  • Short form video
  • HubSpot
  • Semrush
  • GA4 and Search Console

One thing worth being clear on: this is not a pure social role. A significant share of the week is long form writing for complex tech propositions, and the clients are B2B. Applications from consumer social backgrounds will be considered where the writing portfolio genuinely stands up, but scheduling and community management on their own will not be enough here.

Apply today for immediate consideration but please kindly note, they are unable to offer sponsorship at this time.
