Content plays an important role in how we share ideas, tell stories, and engage our community. This internship is designed to give aspiring writers the chance to learn how that works in a real startup environment.
What This Internship Is About
This is a practical, learning-focused internship for someone who already enjoys writing and wants to develop their skills through real content practice, feedback, and guided exposure to startup marketing.
You’ll learn how content is developed from idea → draft → review → publish, while building a stronger understanding of tone, audience, storytelling, and platform-specific writing.
What You’ll Be Exploring
- Write and refine content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok, and other digital channels
- Practise creating copy for posts, captions, carousels, blogs, and brand communications
- Support content planning and brainstorming for campaigns, launches, and audience engagement
- Learn how to adapt tone and structure depending on the platform, audience, and objective
- Explore storytelling approaches that align with brand voice, founder messaging, and community interests
- Collaborate with founders and team members on ideas, creative direction, and content development
- Strengthen your editing skills by improving content through feedback and iteration
- Use AI tools to support research, idea generation, drafting, and refinement

No prior AI experience is required — just curiosity and a willingness to learn.

Internship Details
- Duration: 6 months
- Time Commitment: Approx 15 hours per week
- Format: Remote (optional in-person collaboration in London)
- Schedule: Flexible, with one weekly core team meeting

Learn Directly From the Founders
You’ll work closely with our founders and creative team, gaining insight into content strategy, messaging, and startup brand-building. We’ll also support you in developing your LinkedIn profile and portfolio, helping you present your work professionally.
Important Disclaimer
This is an UNPAID learning and development internship designed to provide hands-on experience, mentorship, and real-world exposure to content creation and digital communication. It does not constitute an employment contract.
The role is voluntary and flexible to support learning alongside studies or part-time work. Participants are not considered employees and are not entitled to the National Minimum Wage under UK law.
