Construction Litigation Associate | 1+ Years PQE | Top 20 International Firm | Manchester

An exceptional opportunity for a Contentious Construction lawyer to join one of the UK's premier Construction & Engineering teams at a Top 20 international firm in Manchester, working alongside market leading partners on some of the largest and most complex construction disputes in the country.

The Firm

A leading international law firm with a reputation as one of the strongest legal brands in the UK, ranked highly across numerous Legal 500 and Chambers practice areas and consistently attracting some of the market's leading legal talent. The Construction & Engineering practice is one of its flagship departments, recognised as one of the largest and most respected teams in the country, regularly instructed on many of the UK's most significant disputes across infrastructure, energy, utilities, commercial developments and engineering.

The Role

You will work alongside nationally recognised Construction partners advising developers, contractors, funders, consultants and public sector bodies on a broad range of high value contentious construction matters.

Your caseload will span complex adjudications, litigation, arbitration and dispute avoidance work across major infrastructure, energy, commercial development and engineering projects, with a quality of work amongst the best available outside London.

As part of one of the UK's largest Construction teams you will collaborate with specialists across Real Estate, Projects, Planning and Corporate, giving you broad commercial exposure while developing deep technical expertise under the guidance of leading lawyers in the field.
