The Team

Oculus Legal Group are working with a highly regarded top 150 law firm with a strong presence across Norfolk. Their insolvency team is highly ranked in the Legal 500 and handles high-level, high-value work for a broad range of clients.

The team has a strong pipeline of work and is continuing to grow and streamline the business, creating an excellent opportunity for a Contentious Insolvency Solicitor to join an established and successful team at an exciting stage of its development.

A key attraction of this opportunity is the level of support and guidance available from leading Partners within the team. You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced and highly regarded lawyers, gaining exposure to quality work while continuing to develop your technical expertise and career.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' PQE and experience within contentious insolvency or a strong background in dispute resolution with an interest in developing their insolvency expertise.

You will have strong technical ability, excellent communication skills and the confidence to manage a varied caseload. Most importantly, you will be looking for an opportunity where you can work alongside leading Partners, learn from experienced lawyers and continue to progress your career within a highly regarded team.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will work on a varied range of contentious insolvency matters, advising and acting for a range of clients on complex and high-value disputes.

The work is likely to include areas such as insolvency litigation, director-related claims, recovery of assets and disputes involving creditors and insolvency practitioners, alongside other contentious insolvency matters.
