Location: London, regional
Level: Mid-Senior (3+ years PQE)

We are working with a number of highly regarded law firms looking to hire Mid to Senior Contentious Private client solicitors. This presents an excellent opportunity to join specialist teams handling exclusively contentious probate and trust litigation, working closely with wider private wealth departments.

- You will manage your own high-quality caseload while assisting partners on large, high-profile disputes.
- The work covers the full spectrum of contentious probate, including:
- 1975 Inheritance Act claims
- Challenges to the validity of wills
- Executor removal applications
- Court of Protection disputes
- You will also handle complex breach of trust claims, cross-border succession disputes, and offshore trust litigation.
