Contentious Probate Lawyer / 5+ PQE, Up to circa GBP 65,000 / Northampton
This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious Contentious Probate Lawyer to join a well-respected and expanding law firm focusing on contentious probate matters. Responsibilities
- Dealing with a busy caseload of contentious probate matters.
- Providing further support to the litigation team through business development and networking.
- Attending court/conferences with or without counsel as required.
- Liaising with both internal and external third parties.
- Supervising junior colleagues.
- Exposure to the broad spectrum of litigation matters including landlord and tenant disputes, general contractual disputes, building disputes, debt recovery, and professional negligence claims.
