The Role

An exciting opportunity for a NQ Solicitor or an experienced Solicitor with up to 3 years' PQE has arisen to join a growing and highly regarded contentious probate team in Norwich. You will be exposed to high-quality work and receive excellent mentoring from experienced Lawyers. You will benefit from long-term career progression prospects within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment. Joining a specialist team, you will be managing a varied caseload of contentious probate matters and advising clients on disputes involving estates, wills, trusts as well as disputes between trustees, beneficiaries, and executors.

Applications are welcome from recently qualified Solicitors, those coming up to qualification, or those who possess up to 3 years PQE in dealing with contentious probate-related matters. The successful candidate will be driven and enthusiastic with a genuine interest in contentious probate and private wealth disputes. This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious and motivated Solicitor who is keen to take ownership of their own matters. You will work closely with senior colleagues on complex cases and play an active role in the continued growth and success of the team.
