Starting Pay: $22.00/hour

We're looking for someone who wants to lead our growing Contents Division. This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, helping others, and delivering exceptional results.

What You'll Be Responsible For
As the Contents Division Lead, you'll oversee specialty cleaning projects and be responsible for restoring and protecting customers' belongings.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Fire and smoke damage cleaning
- Contents inventory, documentation, and pack-outs
- Pack-backs after restoration is complete
- Residential and commercial general cleaning
- Post-construction cleaning
- Specialty cleaning projects
- Cleaning and restoring furniture and household contents
- Organizing and maintaining our contents warehouse
- Photographing, labeling, and documenting customer belongings
- Operating cleaning equipment and specialty restoration tools
- Ensuring projects meet SERVPRO quality standards
- Training and assisting technicians when needed
- Communicating professionally with homeowners, adjusters, and project managers

Experience That Helps
Experience in any of the following is a plus
- Fire restoration
- Contents restoration
- Residential cleaning
- Commercial cleaning
- Hotel housekeeping
- Janitorial services
- Property management
- Warehouse operations
- Moving and storage
- Restoration industry experience
IICRC certifications are a plus but not required.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work on your feet throughout the day
- Safely operate company vehicles
- Work in residential and commercial environments
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
