Role Overview
The successful candidate will join the innovative specialist nurses within a highly motivated Continence Service. They will also be working closely with urologists from the specialist centre at Stepping Hill, providing support for patients in primary and secondary care.
Role Details
The role of the Continence Specialist Nurse will be to offer high-level clinical assessments and reviews to patients in a nurse-led community clinic and in their own home, implementing a clinical care plan to support the patient in their home environment.
The post holder will demonstrate a good level of understanding of bladder and bowel conditions, and associated disorders, and be able to translate that into practice.
