🎥 Think You Can Handle 24 Hours of Live Production? 🚀

If you’ve ever managed a Zoom show, produced live virtual summits, or mastered multi-stream broadcast tools, we have a challenge for you.

Welcome to Global WebTV Producer - 24 Hours of Impact, where we run a non-stop, 24-hour live broadcast once every month, rotating to a new global city each hour, connecting global leaders, changemakers, and innovators across all time zones.

YOU only need to worry about the 6 EU based hours, there are 3 other Continental Producers handling the other 18 hours.

The Challenge

Once a month, we go live for 24 hours straight. You will lead the technical production, stage management, and live control room operations for the EU hours which start at 0800 GMT, alternating every 2-3 hours with the Africa segments and finishing at 2100 GMT.

From AI For Impact and Wellness for Impact to Impact University OS & Philosophy Night to Impact Coaching Coalitions and Beyond Sustainability—you will keep the stream seamless, standard high, and energy continuous across 6 distinct hourly segments.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
