Contingent Workforce Advisor

London | Hybrid – 4 days in the office

Temp to Perm | £190 per day PAYE

Start: ASAP

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Contingent Workforce Advisor to join the People team of a leading media organisation.

This is a busy, varied role supporting the management of a contingent workforce and working closely with internal stakeholders, recruitment suppliers and external partners. You'll need to be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and ensuring contingent workers are engaged efficiently and compliantly.

What you'll be doing

  • Supporting the onboarding of the contingent workforce
  • Advising stakeholders on contingent worker engagement and processes
  • Managing relationships with recruitment agencies and other suppliers
  • Supporting IR35 and worker classification requirements
  • Managing queries and prioritising a busy workload
  • Producing reports and working with workforce data
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
  • Supporting the ongoing development and use of workforce systems

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a Contingent Workforce, Contingent Labour or Workforce Management role
  • Beeline system experience is essential
  • Strong understanding of IR35 and worker classification
  • Experience managing recruitment suppliers and external stakeholders
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong tech, data and reporting skills
  • Experience with Smartsheet and/or Airtable
  • Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing competing priorities
