Contingent Workforce Advisor

Req ID: 10160845

Job Description

We are looking for a Contingent Workforce Advisor to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract!

The Contingent Workforce Management team is responsible for the onboarding, lifecycle management, offboarding, and reporting of Disney’s non-employee workforce, including agency workers, independent contractors, and third-party vendors. This role supports the Contingent Workforce Manager in delivering an efficient, compliant, and customer-focused contingent workforce programme.

The Advisor will manage key administration across new worker setup, extensions, account deactivation, and supporting documentation. Acting as a first point of contact for hiring managers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, the role will help guide the end-to-end hiring process and support activity across Beeline/IQN, reporting, third-party vendor management, training, and process improvement.

Please note: This role will be based in our London Hammersmith office, 4 days a week, with either Monday or Friday working from home.

Values

You’ll join a team grounded in our Disney values — acting with Integrity, welcoming everyone through Inclusion, embracing boundless Creativity, working together through Collaboration, and caring deeply for our Community. These values shape how we work and how we support one another every day.

What You Will Do

Programme Administration & Worker Lifecycle

  • Manage the Contingent Workforce mailbox and respond to day-to-day queries from hiring managers, HR, suppliers, and workers.
  • Process new worker, extension, and offboarding requests, ensuring records and approvals are accurate and complete.
  • Maintain worker information across Beeline/IQN, D Tools HR, SAP, and supporting files, including IR35 audit trail documentation.
  • Coordinate with Security and IT to ensure workers receive the appropriate access and systems setup.
  • Support suppliers with Beeline timecard and process queries.
  • Guide hiring managers through the contingent worker hiring process, providing clear advice on process, compliance, classification, and best practice.
  • Review job orders and worker engagements to support appropriate classification across staff augmentation, agency temps, independent contractors, and third-party vendors.
  • Support the candidate offer process, including budget checks, bill rate review, and alignment to contract rate cards or market rates where required.
  • Build strong working relationships with assignment managers, HRBPs, suppliers, and key stakeholders to deliver a responsive, value-add service.
  • Administer programme policies and procedures, helping to ensure vendors and managers follow company requirements.
  • Train managers and stakeholders on contingent workforce processes and use of related systems.
  • Identify and resolve queries, issues, or complaints from managers, suppliers, and contingent workers, escalating where appropriate.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
