We're recruiting for a Contingent Workforce Coordinator to join the team of a huge, globally recognised entertainment brand based in West London.

This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and detail-focused HR Administrator or Coordinator to join a fast-paced, corporate environment and support the management of a large contingent workforce.

The initial contract is 3 months, with potential for an extension, and the role is available for an immediate start.

The Role

Working as part of the Contingent Workforce Management team, you will provide essential administrative support across the full contingent worker lifecycle, including onboarding, extensions, offboarding and day-to-day queries.

You'll work closely with Hiring Managers, HR teams, suppliers and internal departments to ensure contingent workers are onboarded efficiently and have the correct systems and access in place.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the contingent workforce inbox and responding to day-to-day queries
  • Processing new worker requests, extensions and deactivations
  • Maintaining accurate worker records and associated documentation
  • Updating contingent worker information across internal systems
  • Liaising with Hiring Managers and advising on processes and best practice
  • Acting as a key point of contact for suppliers and third-party vendors
  • Liaising with IT and Security to ensure workers have the correct access
  • Supporting PO and timesheet queries
  • Assisting with system administration
  • Producing regular and ad-hoc reports using Excel and SAP
  • Maintaining accurate electronic and hard-copy records
  • Supporting wider HR and contingent workforce projects, including process improvements and systems updates

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
