🚀 We’re Hiring: Contingent Workforce Operations Specialist – M&A Integration 📍 Reading | Hybrid 📆 8-month contract 🏢 Leading global software company

Are you an experienced contingent workforce professional with strong MSP/VMS, compliance and data-management expertise? We’re looking for a highly organised Contingent Workforce Operations Specialist to support a leading global software company during a major M&A integration. You’ll play a key role in transitioning contingent workers into the organisation’s systems, processes and supplier framework—helping to deliver a smooth and compliant experience with minimal business disruption.

🔹 What you’ll be doing:

  • Gathering, validating and reconciling contingent worker data
  • Maintaining workforce trackers, weekly reports and issue logs
  • Supporting M&A due diligence and responding to data requests
  • Coordinating worker transitions with suppliers and the MSP
  • Supporting worker migration into HRIS and VMS platforms
  • Updating records and monitoring compliance documents and renewals
  • Reviewing worker classification, tenure and market-rate data
  • Coordinating background checks and worker orientations
  • Identifying compliance gaps and escalating potential risks
  • Supporting supplier transitions and migration to an MSP model
  • Providing high-touch support for sensitive or business-critical cases

🔹 What we’re looking for

  • At least three years’ experience in contingent workforce operations, MSP/VMS operations or staffing-supplier management
  • Strong knowledge of contingent workforce compliance and worker classification
  • Advanced Excel, data reconciliation and reporting skills
  • Excellent organisation, communication and project-coordination abilities
  • Confidence working with business leaders, suppliers and cross-functional teams
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Previous M&A or organisational transformation experience is highly desirable
