Contingent Workforce Specialist - M&A

We're looking for an experienced Contingent Workforce Specialist to play a critical role in supporting a major merger and acquisition programme. If you've managed contingent workforce operations through organisational change and thrive in fast-paced, detail-driven environments, this is an opportunity to make a real impact.

This is a hands-on operational role where you'll partner with business leaders, suppliers and workforce teams to ensure a seamless transition of contingent workers while maintaining compliance, data integrity and an exceptional worker experience.

The Offer:

  • Role to start on an 8-month contract

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing the end-to-end transition of contingent workers during an M&A integration.
  • Validating and reconciling workforce data, maintaining trackers and supporting due diligence activities.
  • Coordinating worker onboarding, orientations and HRIS/VMS migrations.
  • Working closely with MSP partners and suppliers to ensure smooth worker transitions.
  • Supporting contingent workforce compliance, worker classification, background checks and documentation.
  • Producing regular status updates, issue logs and progress reports for stakeholders.

We're looking for professionals with:

  • 3+ years' experience in contingent workforce operations, MSP, VMS or supplier management.
  • Previous experience supporting M&A, acquisitions or large-scale workforce transition projects.
  • Strong knowledge of contingent workforce compliance and worker classification.
  • Advanced Excel and data reconciliation skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and project coordination skills.
  • Experience working with HRIS and VMS platforms in complex enterprise environments.
