Position title: Continuous Improvement Coach
Location: Remote
Reports to: Senior Manager, Automation Engineering
Contract type: Permanent, full-time
Your Role in a Nutshell
As a Continuous Improvement Coach, you will be responsible for conducting continuous improvement training and coaching at sites across Europe & Asia.
You will deliver training and coaching in-person as well as leverage technology to coach teams remotely. Your aim is to motivate others to achieve results while utilizing a very "hands-on", Gemba-based approach to coaching and training.
We're looking for a passionate Continuous Improvement Engineer who is eager to drive change, improve performance, and make a measurable impact across our manufacturing operations.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Deploy PEAK continuous improvement program holistically in accordance with the guidance, framework, methodology & roadmap provided by EFO (Equipment & Facilities Ownership) Manager
- Facilitate the achievement of the business strategic vision through a culture of people development and continuous improvement
- Develop capabilities at all levels by planning and imparting PEAK EFO Training to support cultural transformation.
- Learning, sharing, and adopting best practice within PEAK and wider business.
- Support creation of robust PEAK EFO roadmaps and implementation plans
- Help define stakeholder expectations and drive the successful delivery and completion of improvement plans
- Maintain a strong safety culture that continuously seeks to eliminate risks from the operation.
- Build, develop and inspire a team with a culture of continuous improvement
- Analyze Assembly Line performance and implement processes to improve output
- Support and develop the capability of multi-disciplinary teams to understand Continuous Improvement principles, map processes, and identify wastes.

Minimum Requirements
- Continuous Improvement / Lean manufacturing experience,
- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor and develop teams at all levels of the organization,
- Engineering background with a recognised qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing or a related engineering discipline,
- Ability to work independently in field-based environments,
- Full driving licence and willingness to undertake approximately 30–40% international travel.
Your Advantage
- Experience and knowledge of CMMS and Facilities management systems
- Experience in leadership of continuous improvement and change projects in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods or fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and influence at all levels to be able to sell principles and ways of working changes
- The ability to explain complex subjects in a clear and interesting way
- CI exposure
- Able to motivate and develop a team where initiative, collaboration, and cultural respect is key
