Join our snack-loving team
We’re looking for an IWS Deployment Manager to join us at KP Snacks. If you’re ready to bring your ideas to the table, grow your skills and be part of a team that values what makes you, you – this could be your next big move.
Who are we?
We’re KP Snacks, part of the Intersnack family. Across more than 30 countries, over 15,000 of us work together to make the snacks people love – from Hula Hoops to McCoy’s. In the UK, we’re a team of around 2,400 colleagues, based across seven sites and our Slough HQ. We’re proud of our close-knit culture, where we speak up, celebrate differences and push boundaries together.
About the role
At KP Snacks, we use the Intersnack Work System (IWS), a proven approach that helps us continuously improve the way we work. By reducing losses, eliminating waste and sharing best practice, IWS empowers colleagues to take ownership, make decisions and drive better performance, helping us create more happy snacking moments every day.
As our IWS Deployment Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting our Hellaby site on its journey towards world-class manufacturing.
Reporting to the Site IWS Manager, you'll work closely with Pillar Leads, leaders and frontline colleagues to embed a culture of continuous improvement, ownership and operational excellence. You'll help teams identify opportunities, solve problems at their root cause and implement sustainable improvements that deliver lasting results.
This is a highly visible, hands-on role where you'll spend time on the shop floor coaching and developing colleagues, building capability and challenging established ways of working. By helping leaders and teams embrace continuous improvement, you'll play an important part in delivering our site ambitions and creating a culture where everyone is empowered to succeed.
If you're passionate about developing people, leading change and delivering meaningful business improvements, we'd love to hear from you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
