The Opportunity

Here is your chance to join the largest recruitment business in the UK as a Continuous Improvement Lead on an initial fixed-term contract, with the opportunity to shape the future direction of the role.

In this role, you'll work closely with clients and operational teams to identify opportunities that improve efficiency, reduce costs and strengthen service delivery across our temporary labour solutions. Your focus will be on helping clients achieve better outcomes while protecting margins, improving operational performance and reinforcing Staffline's position as a trusted workforce partner.

Using data-led insights, you'll drive improvement initiatives that deliver measurable value, support client retention and create long-term commercial benefits for both our customers and our business.

What You'll Do As Continuous Improvement Lead

This role is all about turning insight into action. You'll identify opportunities to improve performance, enhance client outcomes and deliver operational efficiencies that drive measurable business value.

As Continuous Improvement Lead, You'll Be Responsible For

  • Reviewing and analysing workforce delivery processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement
  • Designing and implementing practical process improvements that increase efficiency, service quality and cost effectiveness
  • Working directly with clients and operational teams to deliver measurable value and strengthen strategic partnerships
  • Facilitating process reviews, workshops and improvement projects across client accounts
  • Analysing operational data and performance metrics to identify trends, risks and opportunities
  • Developing recommendations and action plans that improve service delivery, profitability and client satisfaction
  • Supporting the successful implementation and adoption of new ways of working
  • Monitoring the impact of improvement initiatives, including cost savings, margin enhancement and operational performance
  • Influencing stakeholders at all levels to drive engagement and support for change
  • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement across the business

The Skills You'll Develop As Continuous Improvement Lead

Throughout your time at Staffline, you'll further develop your expertise in process improvement, operational excellence, stakeholder management and strategic problem solving. You'll gain exposure to complex workforce solutions, commercial decision-making and client-led transformation projects, helping you build a strong platform for continued career growth.

  • Experience in continuous improvement, operations, workforce management or a similar environment
  • A strong understanding of temporary labour, recruitment or workforce supply models
  • Proven experience identifying opportunities and delivering measurable business improvements
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision making
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Experience leading process reviews and implementing change across operational environments
  • Confidence presenting recommendations and business cases to clients and senior stakeholders
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI skills
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt qualification, with Black Belt desirable
  • Experience within industrial, logistics or manufacturing environments would be advantageous

Most importantly though, you'll be passionate about delivering value, strengthening client relationships and driving continuous improvement that makes a real commercial impact.
