Are you an experienced Continuous Improvement or Operational Excellence professional who can turn business challenges into practical improvements and deliver measurable results?

As a Continuous Improvement Lead, you’ll be both strategic and hands-on, working with teams on the shop floor and senior stakeholders to drive improvements and deliver results.

  • Friday 7:30am-12:30pm

Job Description

  • Lead the continuous improvement strategy across the site and ensure it supports overall business objectives.
  • Identify and prioritise improvement opportunities across safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory, productivity and capacity.
  • Lead cross-functional improvement projects from initial idea through to implementation and long term sustainability.
  • Build business cases for improvement projects, including costs, benefits, resources and expected return.
  • Introduce and embed Lean and Continuous Improvement tools, including 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping etc.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

  • Strong practical knowledge of Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
  • A proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in areas such as productivity, quality, cost, delivery and capacity.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing teams at all levels.
  • Experience using ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics 365 ideally
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt qualification.
