An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Continuous Improvement Lead to join a leading manufacturing organisation currently experiencing an impressive period of growth, investment, and transformation.

This is a senior and highly influential position, taking ownership of the Continuous Improvement strategy across the site. Working closely with the Site Leadership Team, you will identify opportunities, challenge existing ways of working, and embed a sustainable culture of Continuous Improvement throughout the operation.

This isn't simply about delivering individual improvement projects. We're looking for someone who can build capability across the business, coach and influence senior stakeholders, and create a structured CI roadmap that delivers measurable and sustainable improvements.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead and develop the site's overall Continuous Improvement strategy and roadmap.
  • Drive improvements across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Cost, and Productivity.
  • Develop and manage a strong pipeline of improvement opportunities aligned with site priorities.
  • Lead and facilitate Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping, Daily Management, 5S, Standard Work, TPM, SMED, and structured problem-solving activities.
  • Analyse operational KPIs to identify performance gaps and translate these into clear improvement plans.
  • Partner with the Site Leadership Team to establish priorities and deliver tangible results.
  • Coach and develop managers and employees in Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
  • Embed effective visual and daily management processes across the operation.
  • Challenge existing processes and drive a culture where improvement becomes part of everyday operations.
  • Ensure improvements are sustained and deliver long-term value.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
