Our Vacancy

At Peabody, we're committed to delivering safe, compliant and resident-focused services. We're looking for a Continuous Improvement Lead to drive performance, compliance and service improvement across our Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) function.

This is a high-profile role with responsibility for shaping how we use data, assurance, governance and programme management to improve services, strengthen compliance and deliver better outcomes for residents. Working closely with senior leaders, operational teams and contractors, you'll lead improvement initiatives, provide independent challenge and assurance, and ensure that performance, risk and compliance are effectively managed across the function.

This is a hybrid role, with a minimum of 2 days per week based in our Waterloo office, alongside home working and occasional site visits as required.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading strategic improvement and transformation initiatives across M&E services.
  • Developing performance, assurance and governance frameworks that drive compliance and operational excellence.
  • Using data, analytics and insight to identify risks, opportunities and service improvements.
  • Providing oversight and assurance of statutory compliance, resident safety and Awaab's Law requirements.
  • Managing improvement programmes and projects, ensuring delivery of measurable outcomes and benefits.
  • Monitoring contractor and operational performance, driving accountability and value for money.
  • Providing expert advice, challenge and assurance to senior stakeholders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
