About this role

We're looking for a smart, energetic, and highly organised individual to join our Partner Operations & Projects Team. You'll support operational and strategic initiatives to analyse, design, and optimise processes for our growing restaurant partner delivery services.

In this hands-on role, you'll deep dive into our systems, order flow, and processes to address inefficiencies and drive real impact. You'll work cross-functionally with Product, Tech, and Customer Service teams to find root causes of operational challenges and deliver sustainable, data-driven improvements.

This role is perfect for a project manager with business analysis and operational execution experience who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Location: 3 days a week from our London office & 2 days working from home
Reporting to: Lead Project Manager for Delivery Operations & Optimisation

These are some of the key components to the position:

  • Act as subject-matter-expert (SME) in JET systems, order flow, and processes, providing hands-on root cause analysis for order issues.
  • Observe, map, and redesign processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness across partner operations.
  • Provide clear visibility on investigations to stakeholders, using appropriate cadence and communication methods.
  • Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to identify optimisation opportunities and influence roadmap prioritisation through effective business cases.
  • Own individual projects end-to-end, including planning, design, execution, and monitoring, ensuring effective management of risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Facilitate alignment and communication across workstreams, managing and influencing stakeholders at peer and senior levels.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
