Continuous Improvement Manager
Walsall | Operational Excellence & Transformation
Contract
Fixed-Term Contract (with potential for extension/permanency)

We are recruiting a Continuous Improvement Manager to join a large and complex distribution operation in Walsall during an exciting period of transformation and change. This position offers the opportunity to make a genuine impact by improving warehouse processes, driving performance, standardising operations and embedding a culture of continuous improvement.

You will work closely with operational leadership teams to:
- Improve warehouse performance
- Drive process optimisation
- Analyse and improve operational KPIs
- Eliminate inefficiencies and improve workflow
- Implement and embed best practice
- Support operational and systems improvements
- Influence teams and deliver sustainable change
