Are you passionate about driving operational excellence and delivering measurable improvements? Do you thrive on analysing data, identifying opportunities, and implementing positive change? Can you inspire teams and lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance cost, quality, and service?

Here at GXO, we’re looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager who will lead and embed a culture of continuous improvement across our shared user site in Ollerton. Working closely with operational and cross-functional teams, you will identify opportunities to improve performance, enhance productivity, reduce costs, and deliver exceptional service for our customers.

You will play a key role in implementing change initiatives, analysing operational performance against KPIs, and coaching teams to adopt best practice and sustainable improvement methodologies.

This is a full-time, permanent position. You will work Monday to Friday, 08:00 till 16:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Lead, implement, and sustain continuous improvement projects across all site contracts and functions
  • Analyse operational data, identify performance gaps against KPIs, and develop improvement plans to drive results
  • Manage and support the successful implementation of change management initiatives across the site
  • Partner with operational leaders to achieve KPI targets, productivity improvements, budget objectives, and customer expectations
  • Develop and influence teams through coaching, training, succession planning, and best practice sharing

What you need to succeed at GXO:

  • Experience delivering Continuous Improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive performance improvements
  • Good understanding of warehouse and logistics operations
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Confident user of IT systems, with a proactive approach to change, compliance, and operational excellence
