Here at GXO, we’re looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager who will lead and embed a culture of continuous improvement across our shared user site in Ollerton. Working closely with operational and cross-functional teams, you will identify opportunities to improve performance, enhance productivity, reduce costs, and deliver exceptional service for our customers.
You will play a key role in implementing change initiatives, analysing operational performance against KPIs, and coaching teams to adopt best practice and sustainable improvement methodologies.
This is a full-time, permanent position. You will work Monday to Friday, 08:00 till 16:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Lead, implement, and sustain continuous improvement projects across all site contracts and functions
- Analyse operational data, identify performance gaps against KPIs, and develop improvement plans to drive results
- Manage and support the successful implementation of change management initiatives across the site
- Partner with operational leaders to achieve KPI targets, productivity improvements, budget objectives, and customer expectations
- Develop and influence teams through coaching, training, succession planning, and best practice sharing
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Experience delivering Continuous Improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive performance improvements
- Good understanding of warehouse and logistics operations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Confident user of IT systems, with a proactive approach to change, compliance, and operational excellence
