Job Title
Location: West London
Salary: GBP60,000 + 20% bonus

About the Role
Our client is a leading processor within food manufacturing, with a reputation for product quality and industry-leading standards. Due to a recent investment in the site, they are looking to increase their output and bring onboard a Continuous Improvement Manager to their team.
Role and Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the CI
- Drive Lean and Continuous Improvement Initiatives
- Analyse data to improve performance and reduce waste
- Lead cross-functional improvement
- Coach teams in CI tools and problem-solving

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Proven CI and Lean Manufacturing experience in Food / FMCG manufacturing
- Strong background in Operational Excellence and Root Cause
- Experienced in leading cross-functional change and improvement
- Data-driven with strong analytical, project management, and Excel skills
- Collaborative leader focused on driving measurable business
