The Role

As Continuous Improvement Manager, you'll champion operational excellence across Bodycote's UK HIP and Precision Heat Treatment operations, leading initiatives that improve productivity, quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, you'll use Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and structured problem-solving methodologies to deliver measurable business improvements.

Working across multiple UK sites, you'll partner with operational leaders to identify opportunities, remove process bottlenecks and implement sustainable improvements. You'll facilitate continuous improvement activities, analyse performance data, coach teams in Lean best practices and drive a culture of operational excellence, ensuring improvement initiatives deliver lasting financial and operational benefits.

Location & Work Pattern

This is a UK remote role with regular travel and on-site presence expected across multiple Bodycote locations throughout the UK. You'll spend time working alongside operational teams to lead improvement activities and support business objectives.
