Continuous Improvement Manager
Location: Salford
Salary: £29,615 - £30,945 per annum
Hours: 35 Per Week
Contract: Permanent
At British Red Cross, we are committed to making a positive difference in people's lives. We are looking for an experienced and driven Continuous Improvement Manager to join our Sales team and play a key role in enhancing performance, efficiency, and operational excellence.
You will be responsible for continuously seeking out opportunities to develop ways of working and implement improvements to enable the Sales Department to achieve its core goals. This responsibility includes ensuring standards are maintained via quality review and auditing processes and the successful delivery of change projects to increase productivity and efficiency. The post holder will optimise processes, quality, and compliance through people and systems.
What will a day in the life of a Continuous Improvement Manager involve?
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the Sales function.
- Review and enhance processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer outcomes.
- Lead change projects from planning through to successful implementation.
- Maintain quality assurance, audit, and compliance processes.
- Analyse performance data to identify improvement opportunities and risks.
- Work with stakeholders to embed best practice and sustainable change.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement through coaching and support.
- Monitor KPIs and report on performance and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Champion innovation and new ways of working.

What will you need to be a successful Continuous Improvement Manager?
- Experience using CRM systems, booking systems, and Microsoft applications including Power BI, SharePoint, and Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Committed to continuous learning and self-development.
- Minimum of two years' experience in process improvement, commercial operations, or business development.
- Experience in quality compliance and auditing.
- Experience writing and maintaining processes and procedures.
- Experience delivering training, coaching, and feedback.
- Proven ability to lead change projects involving multiple stakeholders.
