With offices in the UK and North America, Procentia supports some of the largest pension schemes, insurers and retirement plans across the private and public sectors, including BP, British Airways Pension Scheme, BTPS, Chicago Transit Authority, Legal & General Retirement America, Retirement System City of Detroit, Rolls-Royce, Royal London, and Universities Superannuation Scheme.
The Job
As part of our continued growth and improvement journey, we are looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager to help improve how Procentia operates.
This role will work across the organisation to identify process inefficiencies, clarify accountabilities, introduce standardised ways of working and support leaders in implementing practical improvements that enhance operational effectiveness.
Working closely with senior leaders, teams and subject matter experts, the role will act as a bridge between business priorities and operational delivery, helping translate organisational objectives into practical improvements to processes, governance, accountability and ways of working.

About You
We are looking for someone who combines strong process improvement expertise with excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
You will be comfortable working across functions, analysing complex business challenges and helping leaders design and implement practical improvements.
You are likely to be:

- Analytical and evidence-driven.
- Comfortable challenging existing ways of working constructively.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Practical and focused on delivering measurable improvements.
- Confident working with managers and senior leaders.
- Passionate about improving operational performance and customer outcomes.
- Committed to creating sustainable improvements rather than temporary fixes.
Key Skills and Experience
- Proven experience delivering continuous improvement and process optimisation, ideally using Lean principles.
- Strong process mapping and analysis skills, including current and future-state process design.
- Experience facilitating process improvement workshops and working across multiple business functions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, including working with senior leaders.
- A track record of turning improvement opportunities into practical, sustainable change with measurable results.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Experience using process mapping tools, operational data and performance information to support decision making.
